Thanks to my mate Deb, who popped in with a delicious lemon merange pie and stayed for a great catch up. Florence, GT's mum is also here for a visit and also brought a cake - no need for me to worry about too much weight loss going forward! GT's off to soccer now, and Jay - your shepard's pie is up for dinner tonight!
