Happy days

First day since last Monday that I can actually say I feel pain free.  I have got everything sorted and am now on the up and up.  Spent the day on the Central Coast with friends, and glad to be back to my normal self.  Feeling very confident that last week will be a one-off experience, and it will be relatively smooth sailing from here on in (all things considered!)
